1.5 tonne class Takeuchi TB216 excavator

Dave's 1.5 tonne class Takeuchi TB216 excavator is fitted with a hydraulic quick hitch for fast bucket changes and a power tilt that gives every bucket 90 degrees tilt in each direction for trimming and cleaning up at all angles.

This machine fits through gaps of at least 1 metre and the roof can be removed in minutes for getting under low ceilings. It can be used in all aspects of earthworks from landscaping, plumbing, electrical and digging trenches of various widths.

It's buckets are 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 350mm, 450mm, 600mm plus a 1m mud bucket. There is also a grab for picking up rocks, logs, rubbish etc, it also has a rock hammer for breaking concrete and rocks, plus it can also run a range of augers from 150mm, 200mm, 300mm, 350mm to 450mm.
